Observations: The
larvae mine the leaves of several trees, principally Birch and occasionally Hazel.
A single old record of this species exists for VC32 in1984 at Whittlewood Forest, recorded by the late, great Maitland Emmet. Possibly overlooked due to its diminutive size, but has been recorded since.
