Distribution/Abundance:  Rare

Primary Habitat:  Wetland

Wingspan:  10-14mm

Flight Period:  Probably trivoltine/overlapping: May - September

Observations: Only three records of this spcies in VC32, most recent was of an adult potted whilst sitting on flower head of Common Fleabane in the afternoon. Larvae feed on Skullcap and Lesser Skullcap.

Confusion Species:  Prochoreutis sehestediana
