Distribution/Abundance:  Rare

Primary Habitat:  Woodland, Hedgerows

Wingspan:  10-14mm

Flight Period:  May - July

Observations: Larvae feed within the berries of Rowan and Apple. Only two VC32 records, last seen in 1995. Otherwise quite well distributed in the UK.

Confusion Species:  A. spinosella, A. semifusca
