Distribution/Abundance:  Scarce

Primary Habitat:  Wetland, Gardens

Wingspan:  20mm

Flight Period:  July - August

Observations: Larvae feed gregariously in a silk web on Willow. Adults are almost impossible to differentiate from congeners, and genitalia dissections are also not diagnostic. Best recorded in the larval stage.
