Distribution/Abundance:  Rare

Primary Habitat:  Wasteground, Railways, Roadside verges

Wingspan:  14-17mm

Flight Period:  June - July

Observations: Larvae feed on Hoary Cress. Very few records for VC32, possibly due to the fact that we do not set moth traps along roads and railways very often! Gent and Wilson state that the foodplant is quite widespread in the county, especially in the East.
