Distribution/Abundance:  Common

Primary Habitat:  Hedgerows, Green lanes, Roadside verges

Wingspan:  9-11mm

Flight Period:  Bivoltine: June - July, August - September

Observations: Larvae feed on Wild Angelica and Ground Elder. A fairly common and wisespread moth, but tends not to come to light in numbers and hence fewer records than would be expected.
