Primary Habitat:  Woodland, Hedgerows

Flight Period:  May - June

Observations:  Larvae feed on Buckthorn and Alder Buckthorn. Adults fly on sunny afternoons and probably best recorded thus rather than by light trapping.

Confusion Species:  A. unculana
