Distribution/Abundance:  Rare

Primary Habitat:  Woodland

Flight Period:  May - June

Observations:  Larvae feed on Honeysuckles. Adults tend to fly on sunny afternoons and only occasionally attending light traps. Given that the species is quite widespread (and apparently so at the turn of the 20th Century), further records may be achieved by daytime searching.
