Primary Habitat:  Woodland

Observations:  Larvae feed under the bark of Hawthorn with a preference for mature trees. Adults do attend light traps, but other non-county records are often of adults beaten from older/established Hawthorn bushes. Latterly it has been discovered that the adults will attend pheromone lures such as FUN, MOL and STR (for Cydia strobilella).
