Primary Habitat:  Woodland, Hedgerows

Wingspan:  10-13mm

Flight Period:  May - June

Observations:  Larvae feed in the seeds of Field Maple. Adults fly by day, often high in the canopy, but will also come to light traps. Adults can also be disturbed from lower foliage in dull weahter.
