Primary Habitat:  Wet woodland, Riverside locations

Wingspan:  11-13mm

Flight Period:  June - September

Observations:  Larvae are completely aquatic, living on various Pondweed species. Adults fly at night, and in the right location can attend light traps in almost plague proportions.
