  Cream Wave Scopula floslactata

B&F: 1693

ABH: 70.027

Status: Resident.

Distribution and Abundance: Rather local.

Primary Habitat: Woodland.

Flight Period: Single brooded in May and June.

Localities: Cold Oak Copse, Stoke Wood, Easton Hornstocks and Castor Hanglands.

Observations: In my experience the moth is recorded sparingly at light, more often being flushed by day, possibly leading to an element of under recording in the county. It is unrecorded in the Pitsford Water light traps in the decade to 2009.

L.O.N.: 1902. Barnwell Wold, Kettering, Weedon. Not common.

First Record: 1882, Hull & Tomalin.
