Records: June 1919 Bedford Purlieus (E. Wallis) and 24 July 1954 Loddington (F. Thompson).

Observations: In view of the restricted national distribution of this species there must be some doubt as to the accuracy of these records. The diverse habitat of Bedford Purlieus especially in the first part of the last century and the undoubted competence of Wallis make this the more credible of the two records.
