Status: Resident.

Distribution and Abundance: Common.

Primary Habitat: Woodland.

Flight Period: Single brooded in May and June.

Observations: This species was recorded annually at the woodland Rothamsted light trap at Fineshade in the 1990’s. For the years 1993 to 2000 the average annual catch was seven with an average flight period of 29 May to 12 June.
