Status: Former resident.

Distribution and Abundance: Rare - no modern records

Primary Habitat: Wetland.

Localities: Thrapston, Wadenhoe and Castor Hanglands.

Observations: The Castor Hanglands record is undated and taken from a list of additional species attached to a Monks Wood record card showing all time moth records for the reserve.  Presumably the record goes back to the early days of recording on the Hanglands in the first part of the last century.  The Wadenhoe record below is attributed to Wallis in  L.O.N.
