Record: 1977 Oundle (J. T. W. Niemeyer).

Observations: The record is taken from a Peterborough museum record card. I have established that the recorder was an Oundle School pupil and in view of the importance of this record, the moth has probably been nationally extinct for many years, I wrote to him for more details. As he did not reply and the moth is not in the school collection I think that it is reasonable to disregard the record. I have included it here for completeness.
