Status: Resident.

Distribution and Abundance: Local.

Primary Habitat: Gardens.

Flight Period: Single brooded in June and July.

Localities: Rushden, Barford Meadows, Easton Hornstocks and Castor Hanglands.

Observations: Other than in Northampton, where the moth was regular at garden light traps in the town until the late 1990’s, most locality records are of singletons.
