Distribution and Abundance: Rare.

Record: 6 August 2004 Wellingborough (D. Larkin), 26 July 2006 Ring Haw (R. Follows) and 29 June 1992 Bretton (P. Kirby).

Observations: The 2004 and 2006 records were of moths taken at light. Earlier records are 18 July (ex pupa) Barnack Hills and Holes (S. Pooles) and 21 July 1952 and 19 August 1955 Wellingborough (P. Gent).
